Application and contact

Data we access
When you connect with Google, your account name and email address are used to recognise your session. With your permission, the app reads your AdMob publisher ID, reporting time zone, currency, estimated earnings, ad requests, matches, impressions, clicks, and breakdowns by app, ad unit, format and country. The AdMob permission the app requests is read-only; it cannot change your ad settings. Your Google password is never received by the app.
Data flow and use
Your phone fetches reports directly from the AdMob API over HTTPS. Reports are processed on the device for your wallet, period comparisons and ad details. Raw AdMob reports, AdMob access tokens and your email address are never sent to our servers. This version has no developer analytics, no ad display and no developer crash reporting.
Optional AI comment
If you use the AI comment on the Diagnosis screen, the app sends a Google ID token, seven aggregated numbers (earnings, requests, matches, impressions, clicks, and the same figures for the previous period), and up to four country or ad format totals with the largest change. Only the country code and the AdMob format name are sent for these breakdowns; app names, ad unit names and account identifiers are never sent. The Cloudflare Worker verifies the ID token with Google, keeps a keyed hash of your Google account ID for 48 hours to enforce the usage limit, and forwards the numbers to Google’s Gemini API. The Worker does not store the question or the AI answer. Using this feature is optional, and no AI request is made unless you choose a question. AI comments are not proof of a real revenue loss or a technical fault.
Google services
Google sign-in and AdMob access require communication with Google services. Google may process session and technical connection information under its own policies. Data being processed on the device does not mean that no communication with Google takes place. Google’s privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. Limited Use of Google API data
Data received from Google APIs is used only for the visible reporting and calculation features of this app. Use of that data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements: https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy. This data is not used for ad targeting, sold, used for creditworthiness decisions, or used to train general AI models.
On-device storage and security
On the phone, the report cache and the theme preference are kept in an encrypted MMKV store. The encryption key is protected with SecureStore, which uses the operating system’s Keychain or Keystore. The Google session is managed by Google’s device SDK. The cache only holds data that was successfully fetched, and old records are not shown as current data when the app opens. Android app backup is turned off. The sample mode in a browser does not write financial data to browser storage.
Deletion and disconnecting
Settings > Clear cache removes the stored reports on the device. Settings > Disconnect Google and delete data tries to revoke Google access; when revocation succeeds, the session and local app data are cleared. Clearing the app data in Android settings or uninstalling the app also removes the report cache. On iOS, deleting the app removes report files, while offloading keeps them. You can also remove the app’s access from your Google account’s third-party connections: https://myaccount.google.com/connections. Neither action deletes your Google or AdMob account. No app account or revenue record is created on the developer’s servers.
Retention and sharing
The report cache is replaced by newer successful reports and stays on the device until you clear it or sign out. AI quota records keep a keyed identity hash and a usage counter for 48 hours; old quota records are removed regularly. We do not sell developer revenue data and do not use it for marketing. If you use the AI comment, the aggregated figures described above are sent to Google Gemini. If you email support, we use what you send only to answer your request. Do not send passwords, access tokens or unnecessary financial reports.
Preferences and changes
The app is intended for publishers who are authorised to manage their AdMob account and is not directed at children. For questions about your data or this policy, write to [email protected]. When a new data flow or feature is added, this policy and the in-app notices are updated, and permission is requested where required.
